A PIECE OF HISTORY. Film on site in the oldest church along the Arroyo Seco, and one of the best kept historic structures in Los Angeles. Built in 1889, this 127-year-old chapel is constructed of sandstone from the San Fernando Valley and olive wood from Mission San Gabriel, and is home to one of the finest stained glass windows in North America.

A LIVING COMMUNITY. Home to weekly services, our ongoing mission is to serve the neighborhood of Garvanza, a hidden gem of northeast Los Angeles. The Church of the Angels provides a community meeting space, a venue for weddings and concerts, and a place of inclusive worship.
